Painted Dreams Painted Pony Miniature Horse Farm is proud to have a small but growing herd of Grade Pygmy and Pygmy Cross Goats for 4H, Pets, Family Milkers and Pasture Companions! Our Herd currently has 8 Does, 1 Doeling and 1 Buck and has produced Outstanding Kids for the 2009 season! These gentle animals are a true joy to watch and care for and are a wonderful and fun addition to our Farm!!

Echo is one of our 2008 Spring Babies! He is a Dark Caramel W/Partial Belly Band & Sock, Full Pygmy, Super Sweet Little Love Buckling. We decided to retain this little man due to his Loving Personality, Oustanding Confirmation and Gorgeous Coloring. He has a Very Nice Topline, Nice Little Barrel, Short Correct Legs and should mature around 18"! His mother is an Oustanding Color Producer and were confident he will pass on her Color Producing trait to future off-spring. Standing at only 16" tall and currently only 15 months old....we hope he will be one of our Leading Herd Sires for Fall 2010!! We are looking forward to some Wonderful and Colorful off-spring from this little Buckling in the years to come!

Maisy is our yearling Pygmy Cross Doeling. She is White W/Rare Gray Markings and currently stands at a tiny 15" tall! She is Super Sweet, Gentle Natured and just about the Cutest Little Girl I have ever seen!! Her Mother is a Proven Color Producer and I am hoping she has passed on her color producing trait to this Wonderful Little Doeing! We are looking forward to what she will produce for us!

Princess is our 4 Year Old Buckskin, Fainting/Pygmy Cross Doe! (Sorry.... she does not faint!) She has Beautiful Color and Confirmation.....Nice Long and Well Balanced Body, Wide Width and Sharp Withers. Princess was bred 2 years ago for her first breedings and produced a Beautiful Doeling (Gizmo..photo below) She produced an Outstanding Set of Twins for us this Spring 09 season and has proven herself to be a Great Mother time and time again!

Gizmo is our 2 Year Old Black/W Frosting, Pygmy Cross Doe! She is daughter to Princess (photos above) and is a welcome addition to our Pygmy Herd! Gizmo has Nice General Appearance, Long and Well Balanced, Nice Wide Width and Cute Little Pygmy Head! She is an Easy Kidder and Wonderful Mother!

Nancy is a 3 Year Old Gray Agouti W/Belly Band, Full Pygmy Doe. Standing only about 17", she is one of our smaller Pygmy Doe's. Nancy has a Nice Topline, Well Blended Shoulder, Nice Barrel and Width Throughout. She Produces Beautiful Baby's, Kidded Very Easily and Produces a Large Capacity Widely Attached Beautiful Udder! We are Excited to see what she will produce for us and is a welcome addition to our herd!

Mammie is a 4 Year Old Black/White, Pygmy Cross Doe. She is a Small Doe standing just over 19", has a Slightly Uphill Build, Long and Sharp and Well Blended! Mammie produces Beautiful Twins &Triplets for us! Her First Freshening Udder was Great! High and Widely Attached! She is a Very Easy Kidder and a Loving and Very Protective Mother.

Lilly is a 5 Year Old White/W Med. Caramel Spots, Full Pygmy Doe. She is a Friendly and Very Loving Doe. She stands about 19" with a Nice Topline, Med Barrel, Well Balanced Build and passes this build on to her offspring. She had a Gorgeous Udder her First Freshening. Lilly is also an Oustanding Color Producer and Wonderful Mother!!

Minnie is a 5 Year Old Chocolate W/Belly Band, Pygmy/Fainter Cross Doe. She is a Beautiful Colored Doe standing about 20", She has a Very Long Well Balanced Body, Level Topline and Correct Legs. Minnie is Very Friendly and Loves Attention. She has consistantly produced us Beautiful Triplets and has passed on her loving personality to her offspring! Minnie's Freshening Udders are Impressive! Very Nicely Attached All Around!! I could not believe a Goats Udder could get that Big! She is a Super Easy Kidder and we are already looking forward to her babies for next season!
